Company & business law
David advises local companies with 2-5 owners/shareholders who want to put in place a ‘business will’ or set of rules to deal with critical situations that arise in the life of a business. Such as: What happens to the shares of the company if one of the owners leaves or gets seriously ill? Do all owners have to agree for a decision to be made? Is it safe to give shares to employees?
David also deals with the business sale process – from negotiating valuation between a buyer and seller, to completing the deal and receiving the cash.
David works on fixed fees, so that the business owner has certainty of cost at the outset. He prefers it that way too.
